01 What gets deleted
When you submit a deletion request and we verify your identity, we permanently remove:
- Account profile — name, email, role, company, login credentials.
- Customer content — campaigns, prompts, audiences, copy, and configurations you created or uploaded.
- Workspace data — projects, integrations, agents, and any signals derived solely from your account.
- Support & communication records — chat transcripts, support tickets, and stored email correspondence.
02 What we may retain
A small set of records is kept where law requires it or where we have a legitimate interest:
- Billing & tax records — invoices and payment metadata, retained per applicable accounting and tax law (typically up to 7 years).
- Security & fraud logs — minimal logs needed to investigate abuse, retained up to 12 months and then purged.
- Aggregated, anonymized signals — data that cannot be linked back to you, used to improve the product.
