01 Who we are
Mikisha is an Autonomous Growth OS operated by Caelorium Technologies Private Limited ("Mikisha", "we", "us"). When this policy refers to "our service", it means the Mikisha web app, websites under mikisha.in, and any related products you access through us.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through these surfaces, except where we process information on behalf of a customer — in which case we act as a data processor and the customer is the controller.
02 Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account & contact details — name, work email, company, role, and anything else you share when you sign up or book a demo.
- Customer content — campaigns, prompts, audience data, copy, and configuration you upload or generate inside the product.
- Communications — messages you send us via email, chat, support, or sales channels.
- Billing — for paying customers, billing contact and tax details. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage — pages viewed, features used, clicks, errors, and session timestamps.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL.
- Cookies & similar technologies — see Cookies & tracking below.
Information from third parties
- Integrations you authorize — e.g., ad platforms, CRMs, email tools, or analytics that you connect to Mikisha. We only access the scopes you grant.
- Enrichment — limited business-context data (company size, industry) from reputable providers, used to tailor onboarding.
03 How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Mikisha service.
- Run the AI agents and workflows you configure — planning GTM, executing campaigns, and learning from the outcomes.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
- Communicate with you about product updates, security notices, and (with consent where required) marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
06 Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. After account closure, customer content is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it (e.g., for tax, accounting, or legal compliance) or where retention is necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
07 Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, secret rotation, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any available account protections.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Port your data to another service.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

09 Children
Mikisha is a B2B product and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the product before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
